1 – Project X Rear Handle Nut
This part is not intended to replace the PIVOT on the Project X. Yes, it is the same part but pivots are hand fit to the blade and handle and the knife is tuned to the pivot. Using this part to replace the stainless pivot will void warranty claims that may arise including, but not limited to blade play or lock rock.
Because this hardware is in copper, it will naturally patina over time! The hardware has been bagged carefully, but may arrive with patina already starting! Again- patina will occur on this hardware over time as it is exposed to hand oils and air.
Some disassembly will be required to install this hardware onto your Project X
*The take down tool WILL NOT fit the handle screws on this hardware. A 1/8 Hex tool will be required to install hardware on your Project X.
